Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of working experience in an IT Managerial position.
• Working experience in Food and Beverages Industry is required.
• Preferably with background in ALOHA POS SYSTEM.
• Strong background in managing IT teams and implementing projects.
• Strong knowledge of network administration, server management, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure.
• Expertise in decision-making and coordinating complex initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networks, operating systems, and cloud solutions.
• Address technical challenges and manage system updates effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of IT infrastructure and systems (network, servers, storage, cloud, etc.).
• Manage a team of IT professionals
• Plan and execute system upgrades, software implementations, and IT improvement initiatives.
• Oversee implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of logistics-related systems such as ERP, WMS, TMS, POS, CCTV, and biometric systems.
• Oversee servers, networks, databases, endpoints, communication systems, and other IT infrastructure.
• Manage IT vendors, service providers, licenses, and technology assets.
• Provide technical support and guidance for escalated IT issues.
• Manage the annual IT operational budget, identifying opportunities to streamline infrastructure spending without sacrificing service quality.
• Ensure data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity measures are in place.
• Collaborate with department heads to align IT solutions with operational and business needs.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.
