IT Manager

• $235k salary + bonus

We have partnered with a long established real estate firm looking for a new IT Manager to take the reins. Looking after all aspects of IT you will take ownership to help propel the business further.
 
Working with the senior management team you will oversee all aspects of IT operations, project delivery, cybersecurity and operational technology.
 
As an overview, you will be involved in:  

• Day to day running of the IT function
• Overseeing IT, cybersecurity and operation technologies
• Development and delivery of IT strategy
• Management of IT partners and vendors
• IT governance, policies and procedures
• Working with vendors to ensure IT cybersecurity

What we are looking for is an experienced business leader who is after their next challenge. Ideally you will have  

• 10+ years experience in IT
• Experience including strategy, governance and operations
• 5+ years with cybersecurity and related policies
• Budgeting and financial management
• Relevant qualifications and certifications
• Experience in hospitality or retail environments beneficial

On offer to the successful candidate is a role with a starting salary package around $235k + bonus based on your experience.
