IT Manager

Specific Responsibilities:

• IT Infrastructure Management Manage and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, printers, biometric devices, CCTV systems, networking equipment, and other IT assets. Ensure uninterrupted availability of IT infrastructure across all branches. Monitor system performance and optimize network efficiency. Plan and execute IT infrastructure upgrades and expansion projects. Network & Cyber Security Implement and monitor firewall, antivirus, endpoint security, VPN, and email security solutions. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity best practices and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and coordinate security audits. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Monitor and respond to cyber threats and security incidents. Trading & Business Applications Provide technical support for trading applications and back-office systems. Coordinate with exchanges, software vendors, and technology partners for issue resolution. Ensure smooth integration and functioning of all business applications. Manage software licensing and version upgrades. User Support & IT Operations Lead the IT Helpdesk and ensure timely resolution of employee IT issues. Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for issue resolution. Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including user account creation, email setup, and system access. Manage Active Directory, user permissions, and access controls. Branch IT Support Provide remote and on-site technical support to all branch offices. Ensure network connectivity, internet uptime, and system availability across branches. Coordinate installation of new IT infrastructure for branch expansion. Vendor Management Manage relationships with IT vendors, AMC providers, internet service providers, and software partners. Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. MBA (IT) or relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, Microsoft Azure, AWS, ITIL, CEH, or CISSP will be an added advantage. 510 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking, and Information Security. Experience in the BFSI, Stock Broking, Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech sector will be preferred.
