We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee and continuously improve the organization’s business applications, IT infrastructure, IT operations, cybersecurity, and technology projects.

This role will work closely with management, business users, and external service providers to ensure that IT systems are reliable, secure, and effectively support business operations. The position will also contribute to reporting, digital improvement, automation, and emerging technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Applications & Reporting

• Manage and continuously improve Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other enterprise ERP systems, including key business areas such as Budgeting, Planning, Sales / CRM, and Quality Control (QC).
• Work with business users and vendors to translate requirements into system enhancements, resolve issues, and improve operational efficiency.
• Support the development of management reports and dashboards to improve data visibility and decision-making.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI will be an advantage.

IT Infrastructure & Operations

• Oversee the availability, stability, and performance of IT infrastructure and technology services.
• Manage hardware, software, computers and notebooks, network, Wi-Fi, access control, IT equipment, software licenses, IT assets, and end-user support.
• Establish appropriate IT equipment standards and specifications based on business and job requirements.
• Ensure IT support services are delivered effectively and issues are resolved within appropriate timelines.

Cybersecurity, Business Continuity & IT Risk

• Maintain appropriate IT Security and Cybersecurity controls, including user access, permissions, data protection, backup, recovery, and IT asset control.
• Identify and assess IT-related risks and support appropriate preventive and corrective actions.
• Maintain and improve Business Continuity Plan (BCP), Backup, and Disaster Recovery (DR) arrangements to minimize disruption and support system recovery.
• Support Internal Control, Audit, Compliance, and cybersecurity awareness activities related to IT.

IT Project & Vendor Management

• Manage IT projects from requirement gathering and planning through implementation, delivery, and follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal users, vendors, consultants, and external service providers.
• Monitor project scope, timeline, budget, quality, risks, and key issues.
• Evaluate vendor performance and service quality.
• Compare technology solutions and prepare practical recommendations for management consideration.

Digital Improvement, AI & Automation

• Identify opportunities to use technology to improve productivity, reduce manual work, and streamline business processes.
• Participate in or initiate digital improvement projects such as Corporate Intranet, Workflow Automation, AI for Sales, AI for Marketing, Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Explore emerging technologies and recommend practical use cases that support business needs.

Experience with AI, Automation, Microsoft Copilot, or Microsoft Power Platform is considered an advantage and is not a mandatory requirement.

IT Planning, Budget & Team Management

• Support the preparation of IT plans, project priorities, and technology initiatives in line with business requirements.
• Prepare and manage budgets related to IT systems, hardware, software, licenses, projects, and service providers.
• Prepare technology information, proposals, and recommendations for management.
• Supervise, assign, and monitor the work of the IT team and support continuous improvement of IT service delivery.

Qualifications:

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 7–8 years of overall IT experience.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in team supervision, project leadership, or IT function responsibility.
• Experience in supporting, managing, or enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 or another enterprise ERP system.
• Good knowledge and practical experience in IT Infrastructure, Network, Hardware, and Software.
• Experience in managing IT projects and working with vendors or external service providers.
• Good understanding of Cybersecurity, Backup, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery.
• Ability to understand business requirements, analyze problems, and recommend practical technology solutions.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with management and cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

• Direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI or Management Dashboards.
• Experience in managing IT budgets, software licenses, and IT assets.
• Experience with IT Governance, Internal Control, or IT Audit.
• Experience in system improvement or Digital Transformation projects.

Advantage:

• Experience with Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Power Platform, or Workflow Automation.
• Experience developing AI or automation use cases to improve productivity or reduce manual processes.
• Interest in evaluating and applying emerging technologies to support business needs.
