I.T Manager

Role Summary

The IT Manager will oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, business applications, ERP, software systems, integrations, cybersecurity, cloud environment, and technical support across the head office, production facility, and multiple outlets.

The role requires a hands-on IT professional who can align technology with business operations, improve system efficiency, ensure data security, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy, policies, and technology roadmap.
• Manage ERP implementation, configuration, administration, upgrades, and integration with other business systems.
• Manage API integrations between ERP, POS, payment platforms, websites, inventory, CRM, and other applications.
• Oversee software development, application deployment, testing, maintenance, and system enhancements.
• Manage the company’s Microsoft Azure cloud environment, infrastructure, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Administer Microsoft 365, including Entra ID/Azure AD, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, user access, and licenses.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity, access control, data protection, endpoint security, backups, and IT risk controls.
• Manage IT infrastructure, networks, internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, servers, devices, and outlet technology.
• Support and maintain POS, payment systems, inventory systems, and other QSR technology platforms.
• Lead IT projects, vendors, service providers, and technical support teams.
• Ensure system availability, data integrity, business continuity, and timely resolution of critical IT issues.
• Provide management with technology recommendations that improve efficiency, reporting, customer experience, and cost management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years’ relevant IT experience, preferably in QSR, retail, FMCG, hospitality, manufacturing, or another multi-location business.
• Proven experience in:
• Software development and application management
• API and systems integration
• ERP implementation and integration
• Microsoft Azure
• Microsoft 365 administration
• Cybersecurity and IT risk management
• Network and IT infrastructure
• POS/retail technology
• Strong project management, analytical, troubleshooting, and vendor-management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
