Job Summary:

The IT Manager will be responsible for managing the organization’s IT systems, networks, hardware, software, and technical support. The role includes ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations, maintaining data security, and supporting staff with technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain computer systems, networks, servers, and IT equipment.

• Provide technical support to staff and resolve hardware and software issues.

• Install, configure, and update software and operating systems.

• Monitor network performance and ensure reliable internet connectivity.

• Maintain IT security, backups, and data protection.

• Manage IT-related purchases, equipment, and inventory.

• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.

• Maintain records of IT assets and equipment.

• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.

• Ensure proper functioning of CCTV, access control, printers, and other IT-related systems where applicable.

• Train staff on basic IT systems and cybersecurity practices.

• Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues across departments.

• Prepare regular reports regarding IT activities, issues, and requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of computer networks, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage IT staff and multiple technical tasks.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity, data backup, and IT asset management.
