IT Manager

Lead the School's IT operations and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring technology effectively supports teaching, learning and school operations while contributing to ESH's strategic direction toward becoming a leading STEM-focused and digitally enabled school.

Key Responsibilities

• IT Strategy & Digital Transformation

• Develop and implement the School's IT and Digital Transformation roadmap aligned with ESH's STEM strategy.

• Lead digital transformation projects such as LMS, E-Life Learning, SIS, digital assessment, attendance systems, data dashboards, school applications, AI and automation.

• Promote system integration, process automation and data-driven management across the School.

• Educational Technology & STEM

• Collaborate with Academic Leadership to integrate technology into teaching and learning.

• Evaluate and implement EdTech solutions supporting STEM, coding, robotics, digital learning and innovation.

• Support teachers and staff in effectively adopting new technologies and digital platforms.

• IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity

• Manage network, Wi-Fi, servers, cloud services, cybersecurity, devices, software, CCTV/access systems, data backup and IT assets.

• Ensure system availability, information security, data protection and business continuity.

• Project & Vendor Management

• Manage IT projects from requirement analysis and planning through implementation, testing, training and post-implementation review.

• Manage technology vendors, contracts, SLA performance, budgets, procurement and system/API integration.

• Team Management & IT Governance

• Lead, coach and develop the IT team; establish IT KPIs and service standards.

• Regularly report system performance, incidents, project progress, risks and improvement plans to Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, preferably including 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

• Experience in digital transformation within K-12 education, international schools or EdTech is strongly preferred.

• Experience implementing or managing LMS/E-Learning, SIS, school management systems, cloud platforms and system integration projects.

• Working proficiency in English is required, with the ability to communicate in the workplace, read technical documentation, work with international staff and vendors, and participate in meetings in English.
