🚀 We’re hiring: IT Manager

We’re looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead our technology team and help drive the digital capabilities of a growing energy group operating nationwide across Spain.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines strong technical expertise, business orientation and experience leading technology teams and software projects.

🤖 AI is already deeply embedded in the way our IT team works , including AI-assisted software development. You’ll also play a key role in driving the responsible adoption of AI across the organization and ensuring that it delivers real business value.

💻 What will you do?

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of 6 people

• Work closely with business teams to understand their real needs and priorities

• Lead IT projects from requirements through to delivery

• Stay hands-on and contribute to software development and technical design when needed

• Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and value

• Ensure solutions are simple, intuitive, secure and reliable

• Challenge unnecessary requirements and avoid over-engineering

• Drive the effective and responsible adoption of AI

🛠️ What are we looking for?

• 15+ years of IT experience

• Strong technical background across Cloud, Cybersecurity, Web & Backend Development, Databases, Infrastructure and AI

• Extensive experience leading technology teams and software projects

• Strong business and product mindset

• Ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions

• A pragmatic, decisive and results-oriented approach

Fluent English

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who believes that technology is a means, not an end — and that the best solution is often the simplest one.
