IT MANAGER

• Led a team of IT professionals to successfully implement a company-wide migration to cloud-based services, resulting in increased efficiency and cost savings.
• Developed and maintained IT procedure, policies to ensure compliance with industry best practice and regulatory requirements.
• Enhance, develop and maintaining organisation system, application, and communications as well as infrastructure.
• Oversaw the implementation of Cybersecurity programs and improving the overall IT security of the organisation.
• Manage and supervisor IT Executive and IT Officer to ensure IT Fixed Asset, User Account, eDMS Permission, Email, Networking, ERP Account, VOIP Phone, Wi-Fi, Backups, IT related documentation to be maintain and establish smoothly.
• Managed IT budget and resources effectively while maintaining high levels of service support.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and implement technology solutions that aligned with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
• Oversaw and maintaining implementation of smart surveillance with Ai-driven technologies.
• Member of Sustainability Committee, OSHE Committee and Integration Committee.
• Review existing process manuals, SOPs, and work instructions across departments to identify manual and repetitive processes, and recommend and implement automation solutions (e.g., workflow automation, system integration, scripting, RPA) to overcome them.
• Analyse business and IT processes to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, and apply agile approaches (iterative delivery, short cycles, user feedback, continuous improvement) to deliver faster and measurable results.
• Evaluate, implement, and govern the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude across the organisation, including user guidance, access control, and data-privacy and security safeguards, while using them to support automation, analysis, and documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

· Education: Degree or diploma in computer system, software & engineering related field is equivalent.

· Experience: At least 5-8 years’ experience in managing, maintaining, and supporting computer system and technical issues to overview the current and future progress of the department.

· Skills: Required knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Operation Management, Cloud Technology, IT Project Management, Cybersecurity, and cross-functional leadership.

· Additional Skills: Working knowledge of process automation (workflow, scripting, RPA / low-code), process analysis and agile methodology, and hands-on use of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
