IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced and business-oriented IT Manager to lead IT operations and business applications for our automotive distribution and wholesale business.

This role will have a strong focus on Dealer Management System (DMS) ownership, system integration, and technology solutions that support our end-to-end automotive wholesale operations.

The ideal candidate combines strong IT leadership with a solid understanding of automotive distribution, dealer operations, and DMS.

Key Responsibilities

DMS & Business Applications

• Own and continuously improve the company's Dealer Management System (DMS).
• Ensure DMS reliability, data accuracy, system performance, and business continuity.
• Translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
• Lead DMS enhancement, implementation, integration, testing, and system upgrades.
• Manage DMS vendors, developers, and technology partners.
• Ensure integration with ERP, CRM, Finance, BI, and other business systems.

Automotive Wholesale & Distribution

Work closely with business teams to support:

• Vehicle ordering and allocation
• Dealer wholesale sales
• Vehicle inventory and stock aging
• Pricing, discount, and invoicing
• Dealer management and performance
• Vehicle delivery and payment processes
• Parts and aftersales operations
• Sales and management reporting

IT Strategy & Operations

• Develop IT strategies aligned with business growth.
• Identify technology opportunities to improve sales productivity, operational efficiency, and dealer experience.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, backup, and IT support.
• Establish appropriate IT governance, security, and business continuity practices.
• Manage IT budgets, vendors, contracts, and service levels.

Data & Digital Transformation

• Improve data accuracy, integration, and accessibility.
• Support BI and management dashboards for sales, inventory, dealer performance, and business KPIs.
• Lead technology and digital transformation initiatives that create measurable business value.

Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop the IT team.
• Build a business-oriented IT culture focused on technology as a business enabler.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• 8+ years of IT experience, including experience in IT management or a senior IT role.
• Strong experience with DMS / Dealer Management Systems.
• Experience in automotive distribution, importer, automotive wholesale, or dealer group environments.
• Strong understanding of automotive wholesale and dealer operations.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, system integration, and enterprise applications.
• Strong project and vendor management skills.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT governance.
• Strong communication and business partnering skills.
