IT Manager

Job Summary

Imperial Limited is seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Manager to lead and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and software development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in ERP systems (particularly Odoo), server management, .NET technologies, and SQL databases, ensuring seamless IT operations and supporting business growth through technology.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Infrastructure & Server Management

• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of company servers and networks.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT systems.
• Manage backups, disaster recovery, and data protection protocols.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.

2. ERP Management (Odoo Preferred)

• Lead implementation, customization, and maintenance of ERP systems (Odoo).
• Coordinate with departments to align ERP modules with business processes.
• Ensure data integrity, system optimization, and user training.
• Manage ERP upgrades, integrations, and reporting tools.

3. Software Development (DOT NET)

• Supervise development and maintenance of in-house applications using .NET technologies.
• Review code, ensure best practices, and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable software solutions.

4. Database Management (SQL)

• Design, manage, and optimize SQL databases.
• Ensure database security, backup, and recovery processes.
• Develop and maintain reports, queries, and dashboards for decision-making.

5. IT Strategy & Governance

• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
• Align IT strategy with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal controls.

6. Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide technical guidance.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.

7. Cybersecurity & Risk Management

• Implement security measures to safeguard company data and systems.
• Conduct regular audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk analysis.
• Respond to security incidents and ensure preventive measures.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5–8 years of relevant experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
• Hands-on experience in .NET development (ASP.NET, C#)
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server / Database Management
• Expertise in server management (Windows/Linux environments)
• Familiarity with networking, cloud services, and virtualization

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects

Pay: Up to Rs200,000.00 per month
