• Position: IT Manager
• Location Sta. Rosa Laguna and Batangas
• Work Set-Up Onsite (Mon-Fri)
• Salary: 70,000 - 80,000 gross

Responsibilities:

-Lead the IT Systems Development and Maintenance team in developing, integrating, and supporting business applications.

• Manage system projects, enhancements, implementations, and application support.

-Guide team members through coaching, performance management, and technical support.

-Oversee vendors, resources, budgets, risks, system changes, and access controls.

-Coordinate with business users and stakeholders to deliver effective IT solutions.

Qualification:

-Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

-4 years of experience in systems development or enterprise application support.

-At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.

-Manufacturing or automotive experience is preferred.

-Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
