IT Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and manage the organization's enterprise IT systems, with a strong focus on SAP ERP as the core business platform. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of ERP and business applications, while overseeing IT infrastructure, cloud services, and manufacturing site support in Phrapradaeng Samutprakarn and Amata City Chonburi. The successful candidate will also contribute to digitalization initiatives and drive IT projects that support business growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise applications and IT systems to ensure availability, performance, and business alignment.
• Lead and manage SAP ERP operations, enhancements, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive and support Digitalization initiatives and recommend technology solutions to improve business processes in alignment with group and business strategies.
• Collaborate with regional and global IT teams to align systems, standards, and best practices.
• Manage cloud platforms, servers, and IT infrastructure to maintain secure and reliable operations.
• Ensure high availability and performance of enterprise network services across all locations.
• Provide IT support and governance for manufacturing plants and business operations.
• Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects, including scope, timeline, resources, and risk management.
• Prepare and manage IT budgets, monitor expenditures, and optimize IT costs.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, cybersecurity requirements, and regulatory standards.

About you

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT operations, including both Applications and Infrastructure domains with a minimum of 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems (functional usage and system management).
• Proven experience managing Cloud-based IT environments (e.g., Infrastructure, Applications, and Services).
• Solid background in IT Infrastructure, including network management, servers, systems availability, and security.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective IT and digital solutions.
• Experience supporting IT operations across multiple sites or manufacturing plants.
• Experience working in regional or global organizations, with the ability to coordinate with overseas teams.
• Strong knowledge of IT project management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
