What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud platforms to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Oversee system administration tasks such as patching, backups, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement IT security policies and procedures to protect against cyber threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
Job Requirements :
- 10-20 years of experience in IT management or a related field.
- Experience in Education sector is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network administration, server administration, firewall configuration, Windows Server operating systems.
- Proven track record in managing complex technical projects from initiation to delivery.
