Directing Report to Managing Director

Job Purpose

The IT Manager is responsible for leading ERP and digital transformation initiatives, with a primary focus on the end-to-end implementation and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role acts as the project owner for ERP programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy, operational excellence, and organizational readiness for transformation in 2026 and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

ERP & Digital Transformation Leadership

·         Lead and own end-to-end ERP projects, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365, covering strategy definition, solution design, development, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.

·         Define and execute the ERP roadmap aligned with organizational strategy and business priorities.

·         Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful system adoption and user engagement across the organization.

Project Management

·         Manage ERP and IT projects to deliver agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality.

·         Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, executive management, IT teams, and external consultants/vendors.

·         Develop and maintain project plans, risk and issue logs, and progress reports for management review.

·         Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.

ERP Functional & Solution Design

·         Design and apply ERP solutions (Dynamics 365 and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne) across core business processes, including Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger.

·         Analyze business needs and recommend optimal system solutions to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

·         Oversee the development of reports, applications, and add-on solutions on Dynamics 365 and JDE, such as inventory movement, inventory aging, and financial reporting.

People Team Lead , Vendor Management

·         Lead, coach, and develop IT and ERP team members to build long-term capability.

·         Plan and conduct user training programs to support effective system utilization.

·         Manage ERP consultants and vendors to ensure delivery in accordance with contracts, SLAs, and project objectives.

Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·         7–10 years of experience in IT and ERP systems, with at least 3 years in ERP project management

·         Good Level in English Communication.

·         Proven experience leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations end-to-end.

·         Strong understanding of ERP-enabled business processes, particularly in Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Sales.

·         Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

·         Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making abilities.
