IT Manager

About the role

Responsible for directing and controlling the operations and delivery of IT infrastructure and core network, application development, and helpdesk management within the framework of the agreed strategy and budget aligned with Group IT policies, guidelines, procedures and standards. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of Information Systems and electronic data processing. Liaise closely with the business management team for their technological requirements and propose IT solutions to improve business process efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in short-term, mid-term and long-term business planning, KPIs setting and targets
• Have overall responsibility for IT infrastructure and core network, application development, and helpdesk management
• Monitor progress of works and assignments
• Resolve operational and people problems
• Work well with own team and cross-functional teams
• Manage, develop and coach subordinates
• Initiate and develop Corporate IT Master Plan aligned with company business strategies
• Design and expand IT infrastructure and applications based on organizational needs
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time

About you

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
• At least 10 years of working experience
• Prior working experience in multi-national companies
