IT MANAGER NEEDED

A reputable manufacturing company is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee its IT infrastructure, system and network administration, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including computers, servers, networks, and other IT equipment.
• Oversee system administration, network configuration, and IT security.
• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot ERP systems.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of business systems.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system configurations.
• Monitor network performance and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Implement data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity procedures.
• Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues.
• Coordinate IT upgrades, installations, and system integrations.
• Manage IT vendors, service providers, and technology-related projects.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
• Ensure IT systems support the company’s manufacturing and operational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in IT management, system administration, or network administration.
• Proven experience in system and network administration.
• Strong knowledge of servers, LAN/WAN, network security, and IT infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with ERP administration and support.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, data backup, disaster recovery, and access management.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good leadership and team management abilities.
• Must be willing to work in Arepo, Ogun State.
