IT Manager

• Develop and implement the company's IT strategy to support business objectives.
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, software, and cloud services.
• Ensure the security, availability, and performance of all IT systems.
• Lead and supervise the IT team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee IT projects, including system implementation, upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans are in place and regularly tested.
• Monitor cybersecurity risks and implement appropriate security measures.
• Provide technical support and resolve complex IT issues in a timely manner.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure software licensing and IT assets are properly managed.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify technology needs and recommend effective solutions.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of IT experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of network administration, server management, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience managing Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and network technologies.
• Knowledge of database management and ERP systems is an advantage.
• Experience in IT project management and system implementation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
