What they need
Requirements:
Bachelor degree from IT/Computer Science/related field. A master’s degree (S2) is preferred.
Proven experience in IT management, preferably within the retail or food service industry.
Experience in migration system, development. (ERP, POS, etc)
Good in leadership.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with store IT systems, hardware, and software maintenance.
Experience in setting up IT systems for new store openings, including in-store camera installation.
Ability to develop and execute IT strategies to support business growth and organizational expansion.
Strong management skills, with experience leading and motivating a team.
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and store managers.
