IT Manager

1. Strategic Management & Planning

• Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage IT projects to ensure timely delivery within budget.

2. Infrastructure & Systems Management

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
• Administer and support all IT systems, ensuring availability, reliability and security.

3. Software & Cybersecurity

• Lead the development and maintenance of in-house software.
• Enforce robust cybersecurity measures to protect data and systems.

4. Support & Incident Management

• Provide IT hardware and software support to users.
• Efficiently resolve IT incidents and outages.

5. Leadership & Development

• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, promoting a high-performance culture.
• Manage IT vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, optimizing costs.

6. Policy & Compliance

• Develop IT policies and procedures in line with industry standards.
• Provide training and development opportunities to IT staff.

7. Technology Evaluation

• Continuously evaluate and assess emerging technologies for potential organizational impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior IT management role, with comprehensive knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a diverse IT team.
• Excellent project management and budgeting skills.
• Expertise in cybersecurity practices and compliance.
• Ability to think strategically and implement IT initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exposure to .NET MVC, SQL, JavaScript, ERP is an added advantage
