We’re Hiring | Manager / Senior Manager – IT

• Location: Regional – Redbrick Offices
  - Experience: 6–8 Years
  - Qualification: Graduate / B.Tech / BE / BCA or equivalent experience

About the Role:
Redbrick Offices is looking for a hands-on IT professional to manage IT infrastructure and operations across our managed office centres, while supporting new centre setups and IT fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage network, Wi-Fi, firewalls, CCTV, access control and end-user IT support.
• Ensure infrastructure uptime, connectivity and IT asset management.
• Prepare and review BoQs for IT infrastructure and new centre setups.
• Coordinate site surveys, vendors, ISPs and project execution.
• Monitor installation quality, costs and timelines.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and networking.
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control, Microsoft 365 and end-user support.
• Experience in vendor management, BoQ preparation and site execution.
• Exposure to multi-site operations, coworking, hospitality or commercial real estate is preferred.
• Willingness to travel across regional sites.
