IT Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic IT Manager to lead our information technology department and oversee the organization’s technology infrastructure, systems, and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring the security, reliability, and efficiency of all technological operations. This role requires a proactive leader with extensive technical expertise and project management experience. The IT Manager will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, optimizing IT processes, and supporting organizational growth through effective technology solutions.

Vantine Imaging is the nation's founder and leader of composite photography for Greek organizations nationwide.

Responsibilities:

· Manage the evaluation process for new technologies, software and hardware, making appropriate recommendations for upgrade or new products that would enhance the company’s efficiency, effectiveness and profitability.

· Manage and conduct successful testing and documenting of new systems software, new application software and new hardware technology prior to company installation and use.

· Manage installation and maintenance of new and existing servers, configuration of hardware, peripherals, service, settings, directories and storage in accordance with IT Standards and the company’s operational requirements.

· Work in conjunction with 3rd party systems and application programming development consultants.

· Develop and implement the company’s data security systems that provide detection, prevention and containment mechanisms to protect the integrity of data files, network and facilities connecting the company to the internet and other side sources.

· Manage the information technology systems to insure the integrity of the information and accuracy of the reporting systems.

· Develop and maintain documentation of the system’s architectural design and written application instructions for all application users.

· Establish and maintain effective professional working relationships with co-workers, and every level of management.

· Meet with Department Managers and Senior Management to communicate and coordinate department activities.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

· Proficiency in utilizing 4D, Apple Operating Systems, MS Office Suite and Abode Products.

· Analytic, problem solving, critical thinking and trouble shooting skills.

· Time management and organizational skills.

· Project Management skills to effectively achieve results.

· Ability to motivate the IT Staff in congruence with the Company’s values.

· Abilities to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing for presentations and training.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

· Management experience with direct supervision of multiple employees.

· Management experience in leading, developing and growing subordinates.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
