IT Manager - Data & Analytics Platform Operations - Remote

For our client, we are seeking a IT Manager - Data & Analytics Platform Operations - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will lead the day-to-day operations of enterprise data and analytics platforms, ensuring they run reliably and support critical business needs. The person in this position will partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to maintain service levels, drive operational discipline, and support ongoing platform governance. Success in this role will depend on strong leadership in incident response, platform maintenance, and continuous improvement across data and analytics services.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $124,000 – $211,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for data and analytics platforms
• Ensure platform performance and reliability
• Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and service dashboards
• Manage incident response and recovery activities
• Oversee platform upgrades, maintenance, and governance
• Implement best practices for service management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience
• 6 years of IT experience with enterprise data and analytics
• 2 years of leadership or people management experience
• Strong understanding of business intelligence, data integration, and ETL technologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
