Position: IT Manager- ERP
Location Tanauan, Batangas
Work Set-Up Onsite (Mon-Fri)
Salary: 70,000 - 80,000 gross (Open Negotiable)

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee ERP system implementation, upgrades, and maintenance
• Manage ERP operations to ensure smooth business processes across departments
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify ERP requirements and deliver solutions
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within ERP systems
• Lead ERP-related projects and coordinate with vendors or consultants
• Provide training and support to end-users for ERP applications
• Monitor ERP performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime

Qualifications

• Graduate of IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong background in ERP systems
• Experience in ERP project management and system administration
• Knowledge of database management, networking, and cybersecurity
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Minimum 5 years of ERP/IT management experience preferred
