About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Manager

with strong expertise in Full Stack Development, DevOps, and Cloud Technologies

. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, deploying, and managing scalable web applications while leading technical initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The candidate should possess strong technical leadership skills and be capable of managing application development, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise web applications.

• Develop scalable full-stack applications using Node.js, React.js, and TypeScript

  .

• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Manage end-to-end application development lifecycle.

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments.

• Deploy, monitor, and optimize applications on Microsoft Azure

  and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS)

  .

• Implement DevOps best practices, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, and automation.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software.

• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure high availability.

• Ensure application security, scalability, and compliance with industry standards.

• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.

• Participate in architecture discussions and technology evaluations.

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing complete application development life cycles.

• Prior experience leading technical teams or projects is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep).
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Cloud certifications (Azure or AWS) are an added advantage.
