IT Manager (Infrastructure & Cybersecruity)

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of infrastructure modernization projects including cloud migration and server consolidation
• Oversee daily operations of on-premises and cloud infrastructure to deliver reliability, performance and scalability
• Develop and maintain robust cybersecurity policies, incident response plans and compliance standards
• Monitor and optimize infrastructure and resources for cost efficiency, sustainability, supporting ESG objectives
• Manage relationships with vendors to ensure quality and value
• Regular review on infrastructure health, cybersecurity posture and risk mitigation strategies
• Coach and mentor team members promoting a culture of service excellence and accountability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Information Systems, Computer Studies or related fields
• Minimum of 8 years' working experience in infrastructure and cybersecurity with 2+ years in leadership role
• Demonstrated experience in cloud services and security management
• Deep understanding of network, server, storage and endpoint management
• Relevant certifications, e.g. CISSP, CISM, CISA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent, preferable
• Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills
