IT Manager – Infrastructure, Cloud & Security

Industry: Corporate Vehicle Leasing & Fleet Management Services Working Location:  Pathumwan, Bangkok
Working Hours: Monday – Friday / 8:30 – 17:30
**Salary:**70,000 - 80,000 THB per month (Depending on experience)
Other Benefits:  Position, Cost of living, Language, PVF, Group Insurance (OPD/IPD, Accident and Dental), Annual Bonus, Etc.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• 8–12 years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, Systems, or related IT functions.
• Proven experience in IT Team Management, Infrastructure Projects, and System Implementation.
• Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud, Network & Security, Virtualization, Backup, and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with ITIL, IT Governance, and IT Security Standards.
• Strong leadership, analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, Cybersecurity, and IT Support to ensure system reliability and business continuity.
• Drive AWS Cloud Migration & Transformation projects from on-premises infrastructure.
• Oversee Firewall, VPN, VMware, Veeam Backup, Data Replication, Microsoft 365, and 3CX IP-PBX.
• Manage IT Security, Governance, Compliance, ITIL processes, and SLA performance.
• Lead IT projects, system upgrades, vendor management, budgets, and technology improvements.
• Manage and develop the IT team while collaborating with management on IT strategy and business solutions.
