It Manager -LOS & Digital Lending

Position: Manager / Sr. Manager - IT

Role Overview
Responsible for managing business requirements, change requests, project delivery, and production support for Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and digital lending platforms, ensuring application stability and business alignment.

Key Role Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and prepare BRDs, functional specifications, and process flows.
• Manage the complete Change Request (CR) lifecycle, including assessment, prioritization, implementation, and tracking.
• Coordinate with business teams, IT teams, and vendors for project delivery, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Manage production incidents, troubleshoot application issues, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor application performance, maintain functional documentation, and drive process improvements and automation.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC, Agile practices, and established IT governance standards.

Required Experience and Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Housing Finance, or Financial Services.
• Strong knowledge of LOS and digital lending platforms, preferably in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).
• Experience in business analysis, project and change management, UAT, and production support.
• Strong stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in IT, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
