IT Manager/Director

An outstanding Oklahoma City based company is looking for a Leader in Workforce Management to guide enterprise labor strategy for a complex, multi-site operation. This position has high visibility and will shape how staffing, forecasting, and scheduling decisions support business goals while improving efficiency and service performance. The role works closely with operations, human resources, finance, and executive leadership to create practical, data-driven plans that strengthen productivity and workforce utilization. Candidate must be willing to relocate to the Oklahoma City area. Relocation will be provided. Excellent benefits and bonuses offered.

Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise workforce planning initiatives that align staffing coverage with operational demand across multiple locations.

• Develop and execute enterprise management strategies aligned with business objectives and operational priorities, etc.

• Oversee task management and field execution processes to ensure teams receive clear priorities and actionable direction.

• Partner with cross-functional leaders in operations, HR, and finance to balance labor investment, productivity expectations, and service standards.

• Monitor workforce performance trends and use reporting insights to recommend adjustments that enhance labor utilization.

• Establish workforce optimization practices that support consistent execution, accountability, and scalable operational performance.

• Direct communication processes tied to day-to-day operations, so field teams receive timely updates and instructions.

• Evaluate workforce management tools and processes, including UKG Pro usage, to support accurate planning and effective decision-making.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience leading workforce management, workforce planning, or workforce optimization in a large operational retail environment.

• Demonstrated expertise in forecasting, scheduling, predicative analytics and productivity management across multi-site teams.

• Strong working knowledge of workforce management platforms, including UKG Pro.

• Proven ability to collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to align labor strategy with business objectives.

• Experience using operational data and reporting to drive staffing decisions and improve performance outcomes.

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to deliver clear direction across field and corporate teams.

• Background in managing enterprise-level workforce management programs with a focus on efficiency, service levels, and labor efficiency.
