IT (Mandarin Speaker)

Purpose:

• 确保PT Jide Electric Indonesia的所有信息技术基础设施、硬件、软件、网络及数据安全均能以最佳状态、安全且顺畅地运行，从而支持公司制造业务的顺利开展.
  To ensure that all information technology infrastructure, hardware, software, networks and data security at PT Jide Electric Indonesia operate optimally, securely and smoothly in order to support the smooth running of the company’s manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• 负责公司 印尼基地,计算机软硬件的资产的日常维护及管理 内部局域网络维护；
  Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and management of computer hardware and software assets at the company’s Indonesian site, as well as the maintenance of the internal local area network;
• 进行服务器、路由器、交换机等设备管理，以及网络平台的运行监控和维护；
  Manage equipment such as servers, routers and switches, and monitor and maintain the operation of the network platform;
• 进行IT设备的资产管理 维护及管理；技术档案维护；
  Manage, maintain and oversee IT equipment assets; maintain technical records;
• 负责病毒的查杀，维护网络系统安全；
  Responsible for virus detection and removal, and maintaining network system security;
• 软件安装 ，网络及 计算机、打印机工厂现场设备与网线 等故障的处理;
  Install software and resolve faults relating to network and computer equipment, printers, on-site factory equipment and network cables;
• 负责内部应用系统 OA ERP MES WMS 等 邮箱等信息系统建设、维护；
  Be responsible for the development and maintenance of internal information systems, including application systems (such as OA, ERP, MES and WMS) and email systems;

Qualifications:

• 熟悉路由器，交换机、防火墙的网络、门禁监控、电话等常规弱电设备管理与网络布线；
  Familiarity with the management of standard low-voltage equipment—including routers, switches, firewalls, access control systems, CCTV and telephony—as well as network cabling;
• 熟悉操作系统， AD、 WEB、FTP、MAIL 等服务器的架设；
  Familiarity with operating systems and the configuration of servers such as AD, WEB, FTP and MAIL;
• 学习能力强，较好的沟通和协作能力，极强的执行力和沟通能力，具备良好的服务意识；
  Strong learning ability, good communication and collaboration skills, excellent execution and interpersonal skills, and a strong service-oriented mindset;
• 良好的配合、协作以及执行能力 ;
  Good teamwork, collaboration and execution skills;

NOTE: Fluency in Mandarin as a working language is essential when applying for this role!
