IT MANGER

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT Manager to lead and manage our technology systems. This role is both strategic and hands-on, responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our applications while bridging business needs with effective technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, and maintain applications built with Laravel, Next.js, and Express.js.
• Define system architecture, technical standards, and development best practices.
• Be actively involved in hands-on coding, debugging, optimization, and system maintenance.
• Manage and optimize databases using PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, RDS, S3) and Google Cloud (Storage, APIs).
• Handle deployment, backup, monitoring, and system scaling.
• Ensure system security and data protection, including access control and risk mitigation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and simple SOPs.
• Act as a bridge between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring alignment between stakeholders.

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT / Software Development.
• Proven experience as a Senior Developer, Tech Lead, or IT Manager.
• Strong proficiency in Laravel.
• Experience with Next.js / React.
• Backend development experience using Node.js / Express.js.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, RDS, S3).
• Experience with Google Cloud services (Storage, APIs).
• Familiarity with Git (version control) and Linux server environments.
• Ability to work independently with full responsibility for system reliability and performance.

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience developing HRIS, attendance, or online assessment/psychometric systems.
• Experience with multi-tenant architectures.
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience managing production-scale systems.
