IT SERVICES DESK JUNIOR MANAGER - OPERATIONS EXISTING

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Support/Service Desk, with at least 2 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead.

• Experience in IT Support within the F&B, restaurant, retail, or multi-site business industry is preferred.

• Good understanding of POS/cashier systems, payment devices, transaction/kitchen printers, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), computers, and network infrastructure.

• Strong understanding of Incident Management, Service Requests, escalation procedures, SLA, and ticketing systems.

• Proven ability to manage teams, shift schedules, personnel coverage, handovers, and both remote and on-site support coordination.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and incident communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with restaurant operations teams and vendors.

• Willing to participate in on-call schedules and critical incident escalation, including weekends and public holidays as required.

IT SERVICES DESK OFFICER

Qualifications :

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT Support; experience in the restaurant, F&B, or retail industry is a plus.
• Good understanding of IT device installation and troubleshooting, including computers, POS/cashier systems, transaction/kitchen printers, payment devices, and Kitchen Display Systems (KDS).
• Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, IP Address, and internet connectivity troubleshooting.
• Proficient in using ticketing systems and remote support tools, with the ability to maintain proper work documentation and shift handover.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset.
• Willing to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, according to operational needs.
• Willing to travel for business assignments to support new restaurant openings.

IT ERP Application Development Manager

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
2. Preferably at least 7 years of experience in ERP development or implementation, including at least 3 years in a technical team leadership role.
3. Proven experience leading ERP development and integration projects, from technical analysis through deployment and stabilization.
4. Strong understanding of business processes and the interdependencies between Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales, and Distribution modules.
5. Proficient in ERP architecture, programming languages, frameworks, and extension mechanisms relevant to the company’s ERP platform.
6. Strong understanding of integrations using REST APIs, web services, middleware, or message brokers, with knowledge of microservices architecture where applicable.
7. Proficient in relational databases and SQL, including performance optimization, data migration, and data reconciliation.
8. Good understanding of SDLC, Git, CI/CD, testing, release management, security, access control, and change management.
9. Able to leverage AI-based development tools with appropriate code review, testing, and protection of company data.
10. Strong team management and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to manage vendors, capacity, costs, and coordination with the EBS functional team and PMO.

IT Asset Management Manager

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Preferably at least 5 years of experience in IT asset management, including at least 2 years of experience leading a team or related function.
3. Strong understanding of the asset lifecycle, including requirements planning, asset receipt, distribution, maintenance, transfer, and disposal.
4. Proven experience managing hardware inventory, software licenses, warranties, and support contracts.
5. Good understanding of stocktaking, asset reconciliation, audit trails, and coordination with Finance for asset value recording.
6. Proficient in using IT Asset Management systems, conducting asset utilization analysis, and planning asset replacement requirements.
7. Strong leadership, analytical, cost control, and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Procurement, Finance, vendors, and end users.
