IT Network Administrator/ Network Infrastructure Engineer

To manage, monitor, and support the organization's network infrastructure, ensuring reliable connectivity, security, and optimal performance across all sites.

Key Responsibilities

·       Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, and internet connectivity.

·       Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, and network devices.

·       Troubleshoot network issues and ensure timely resolution.

·       Coordinate with telecom providers for circuit and connectivity concerns.

·       Manage network security, backups, and configuration documentation.

·       Assist IT teams with network-related technical concerns.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

·       1–2 years of experience in network administration or support.

·       Knowledge of Cisco, Fortinet firewalls, routers, switches, and network monitoring tools.

·       Experience with LAN/WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, and IPVPN/MPLS environments.

·       Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
