About the role

Our Client IT Consultant located in sudirman central jakarta is looking IT Network & Sys Admin (Full WFO & Shifting)

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues
• Configure and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
• Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on network systems and devices to ensure optimal performance and security
• Monitor network performance, analyze network traffic and logs, and diagnose bottlenecks or performance issues
• Ensure network security by implementing security policies and maintaining firewalls
• Create and maintain network diagrams, update technical documentation, and keep accurate records of incidents and configurations
• Escalate complex issues and collaborate with other IT teams for seamless operations
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to L1 support engineers
• Manage and troubleshoot Linux and Windows OS problems

About you

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Network Engineer or IT Support
• Experience with configuring and managing network devices (router, switch)
• Knowledge of firewall management, VPNs, and monitoring for security threats using Fortigate
• Experience with hands-on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Cloud VPN, Interconnect Partner, Cloud NAT, and Cloud Router
• FortiSwitch brand experience is a plus point
• Manage and troubleshoot Linux and Windows OS problems
• Willing to work full WFO & Shifting
• Strong English communication skills is a must
