IT Network & System Technician

Key Responsibilities

Network & System Support

· Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, access points, and basic server systems.

· Perform network setup, cable termination, IP configuration, and device connectivity checks.

· Provide technical support for computers, printers, and other IT-related equipment.

· Maintain network performance, uptime, and security settings.

CCTV (Hikvision) Installation & Setup

· Install and configure Hikvision CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR units, and related components.

· Conduct site surveys, plan camera placements, and perform cable routing.

· Configure IP cameras, remote viewing, storage settings, and network access.

· Troubleshoot recording issues, camera offline problems, and system connectivity.

· Perform regular maintenance and health checks on CCTV systems.

Documentation & Coordination

· Maintain records of network layout, CCTV maps, and equipment inventory.

· Coordinate with contractors or vendors for installation requirements.

· Ensure timely resolution of IT and CCTV-related incidents.

Qualifications

· 1–3 years experience in network administration, IT support, or CCTV installation.

· Strong knowledge of Hikvision systems (required).

· Proficient in IP configuration, LAN/WAN, DHCP, and cable termination.

· Familiar with NVR/DVR setup, port forwarding, and remote access.

· Ability to troubleshoot hardware, network, and security camera issues.

· Physically capable of fieldwork (climbing ladders, running cables).

· Driver’s license is an advantage.

Job Overview

We are hiring a Network & Systems Technician experienced in Hikvision CCTV installation and setup. The role involves network support, CCTV deployment, troubleshooting, and maintaining reliable IT & surveillance systems.

· Hands-on experience with NVR/DVR configuration and troubleshooting.

· Ability to work at heights and perform field installations.

· Strong problem-solving and technical skills.

· Driver’s license is an advantage.

Pay: Php14,087.72 - Php38,694.64 per month
