Position: IT Support Executive

Location: Kochi | Experience: 2–5 years | Type: Full-time

Role Overview

We are looking for an IT professional to manage day-to-day technology operations, provide technical support to staff, and maintain reliable IT infrastructure across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hardware, software, network, and system support to employees.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, email accounts, access permissions, and credentials.
• Maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and networking equipment.
• Install and update OS, applications, antivirus, and security patches.
• Maintain backups and assist with data recovery when needed.
• Support ERP, accounting, and other business applications.
• Maintain IT asset records, licences, and documentation.
• Coordinate with external vendors and ensure IT security compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–5 years of IT support or system administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with IT security, backups, and user-access management.
• Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: Microsoft 365, Active Directory, basic network admin, ERP support experience.
