It Network Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN infrastructure.
• Lead a team of network engineers and coordinate daily activities.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, firewalls and Wi-Fi.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, STP, DHCP, DNS, OSPF and BGP.
• Manage VPN, MPLS, SD-WAN and Internet connectivity.
• Monitor network performance, availability and uptime.
• Handle L2/L3 escalations, critical incidents and network outages.
• Conduct RCA and implement preventive actions.
• Manage network changes, upgrades and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with ISP, OEM and external vendors.
• Ensure SLA/KPI adherence and maintain operational reports.
• Maintain network diagrams, SOPs and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with IT security teams for firewall and network-security requirements.
• Follow ITIL Incident, Problem and Change Management processes. LinkedIn
