IT Network Security Supervisor

• Lead and supervise daily ICT Network & Security operations to ensure service availability, performance, and security.
• Oversee incident, request, ticket, and complaint management , including last-layer troubleshooting and resolution.
• Ensure proper execution of monitoring, backup, preventive maintenance, and technical documentation .
• Manage and supervise Network & Security infrastructure implementation, maintenance, and improvement .
• Lead Network & Security projects and coordinate effectively with vendors and relevant departments.
• Conduct technology research and evaluation to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Supervise team performance and ensure operational activities comply with SOPs, service standards, and company objectives .

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering , or a related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in Network & Security or IT Infrastructure, preferably within an IT Services environment .
• Strong hands-on experience in Network & Security implementation, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting .
• Proven experience in team leadership and operational supervision .
• Good knowledge of Routing & Switching, Firewall, VPN, Network Monitoring, and Network Security .
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, customer-oriented, and service-oriented skills.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in Network & Security project implementation is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet, Palo Alto , or equivalent are an advantage.

Routing, Switching, SD-WAN, Next Generation Firewall, Wireless Controller & Access Point (WPA2 / WPA3 Enterprise), OWASP Top 10, SIEM, CEH, Internet Access Management, Privileged Access Management, Radius, DHCP Server (Linux Server & Windows Server), Web Application Firewall, VPN Site-to-Site Tunneling, MPLS, L2TP, IPSec, VPN Client-to-Site, Active Directory, Email Security, Endpoint Security, Scripting & Shell, DNS Security, Jump Host Security, Vulnerability Assessment, DR, NDR. NMS, Syslog, IPS, IDS, NAC, DLP, Incident Report & Change Management
