IT Officer

About the role

We are seeking a diligent and proactive IT Officer to join our dynamic team at Vida Nutriscience Inc. This full-time position will be based in Bahay Toro, Quezon City, Metro Manila. As the IT Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining and optimising our organisation's technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and supporting our employees' technology needs.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing technical support and troubleshooting for all IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems
2. Monitoring and maintaining the company's computer systems, network, and servers to ensure optimal performance and security
3. Implementing and managing software updates, patches, and new installations
4. Assisting with the development and maintenance of the company's website and online presence
5. Providing training and guidance to employees on the use of various software and technologies
6. Documenting IT-related processes and procedures to maintain a knowledge base for future reference
7. Collaborating with the management team to identify and address IT-related business needs

What we're looking for

1. A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT support or network administration role
3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues
4. Proficient knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and end-users
6. Familiarity with popular business software and applications, such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to support the company's IT needs
