Position: IT OFFICER
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the bank’s IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks.
- Ensure data is secure, private, and compliant with regulations.
- Monitor and maintain the core banking system for smooth and continuous operation.
- Apply and enforce IT policies, cybersecurity measures, and access controls.
- Perform regular system updates, maintenance, and data backups.
- Fix technical issues that affect daily operations.
