Job Descriptions

• Provide in-house comprehensive support for IT hardware, overseeing the repair and maintenance of laptops, desktops, mobile devices ....etc
• Perform servers, storage administration, backup/restore and troubleshooting
• Manage ERP system upgrade and implementation
• Handle IT procurement process and asset management
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with supporting MS Windows, server, MS Office Applications and MS Office 365 administration
• Work independently for full spectrum of IT role (hardware & software) for 50-60 office user

Requirements

• Diploma holder in Computer Science, Information Technology
• At least 2 years working experience with computer networks, security and Windows system administration
• Independent and detail-minded person
• Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese and English
