I.T. Officer

Responsibilities

· Manage system administration, troubleshooting, performance tuning and support ERP-related projects

· Work closely with the I.T. team on daily infrastructure operations, monitoring and maintenance

· Maintain network and system security and resolve I.T. enquiries in a timely manner

· Conduct regular user training; prepare system documentation, test plans and training materials

· Perform ad-hoc duties as required

· Candidates with more or less experience will be considered for Senior or Assistant I.T. Officer roles

Requirements

· Degree, Higher diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines

· At least 5 years relevant experience

· Practical experience in Window Server, Active Directory, Cisco, network infrastructure, firewall devices

· Good analytical and problem solving skills

· Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is preferable

· Well-organized, mature, sense of responsibility with good team spirit

· Candidate with less experience will be considered as I.T. Support.

· Occasional travel is required
