IT Officer

We’re Hiring an IT Officer! Join our IT team and play an important role in ensuring reliable IT support, equipment, and infrastructure across our site operations. As an IT Officer, you will provide day-to-day technical assistance to end users, maintain IT assets and equipment, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and support IT infrastructure activities to ensure smooth office and plant operations.

Work Location: Head Office – South Jakarta

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Hands-on experience in IT support, hardware and software troubleshooting, and end-user technical assistance
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, software installation, peripherals, and basic networking
• Familiar with IT asset management, software licensing, and vendor coordination
• Able to perform preventive maintenance and routine checks on IT equipment
• Experience supporting IT infrastructure projects and supervising vendor activities in the field will be an advantage
• Familiarity with drone operation and maintenance will be an advantage
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with other IT team members and end users
• Good understanding of information security and confidentiality principles

Job Responsibilities

• Set up and configure IT equipment, network connections, and required software for employee use
• Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and other IT-related issues
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on IT equipment to minimize performance issues and equipment failure
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and perform minor repairs on hardware, software, and peripheral devices
• Coordinate with external vendors for major hardware or software repairs and technical services
• Maintain accurate IT asset records, including ownership, licensing, contracts, and equipment status
• Maintain and operate drone equipment for company operational purposes
• Support new IT infrastructure projects, including field supervision of vendor activities
• Escalate unresolved technical issues to Site IT peers, Senior Site IT Officer, or IT Lead as required
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of information processed and stored within corporate IT systems
• Implement and comply with Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) and Environmental Management System (SML) requirements
• Promote compliance with OHS and environmental standards among employees and contractors, including follow-up of corrective actions where required
