What they need
Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Help set up systems and resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Provide support including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Support the rollout of new applications.
- Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- 2 5 years of experience.
- Bachelor degree in MIS or Computer Science.
- Knowledge of IT related processes.
