IT Officer

📌 JOB DESCRIPTION / OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive IT Officer to manage and maintain the company's overall computer systems, networks, databases, and IT infrastructure requirements.

📋 QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related course.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience as IT Officer, Network Administrator, or Technical Support Specialist.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Willing to render overtime when necessary.

🛠 TECHNICAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• Network Management & Administration
• Computer Hardware Troubleshooting & Repair
• Software Installation & Configuration
• Database Management (MySQL, SQL Server, etc.) & Programming
• Server Administration & Cybersecurity Fundamentals
• CCTV and Biometric System Management (Preferred)
• Microsoft Windows Environment

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in Manufacturing or Pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with ERP Systems, Inventory IT, and HRIS.

⚙️ DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage and maintain company network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, Internet Connectivity).
2. Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware and peripherals.
3. Provide technical support to employees regarding hardware, software, and network concerns.
4. Perform preventive maintenance and regular system inspections.
5. Monitor and maintain servers, data storage, backups, and security systems.
6. Develop and modify system application reports and automation tools as needed.
7. Implement cybersecurity measures and monitor potential threats.
8. Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions.
9. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related concerns.
10. Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, licenses, and technical procedures.
11. Supervise and monitor performance of technical personnel and hardware resources.
