IT Officer/CS Major

Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Officer to manage the school’s day-to-day IT needs while providing practical technology training to students and teachers. The ideal candidate should be technically capable, a good trainer, and able to explain technology in a simple and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, internet, and network issues.
• Train students and teachers in computers, software, and digital tools.
• Teach basic programming, coding, and relevant technology skills.
• Set up and maintain computers, printers, networks, and other IT equipment.
• Manage software, user accounts, systems, and IT resources.
• Support the school’s digital platforms, website, and technology-related activities.
• Maintain IT equipment, records, and basic cybersecurity practices.
• Introduce useful technologies and digital tools to improve teaching and learning.
• Coordinate with external IT service providers when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience in IT support, training, or education preferred.
• Strong knowledge of computers, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to teach and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Basic knowledge of programming/coding is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Patient, responsible, and comfortable working with students and teachers.
