What they need
Responsibilities:
Provide general office IT support on daily operations
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows Operating System and application such as Microsoft office, Adobe and any other authorized desktop applications
- Design, update, and maintain our firm’s website.
- Ensure web security, optimal loading speeds, and mobile responsiveness.
- Handle user inquiries, technical troubleshooting and support
- Provide daily routine servers and workstation checking
- Providing support to Windows/Linux servers and VMware infrastructure
- Support end user for solving issues in their PC/mobile operating systems (OS), hardware, applications
Requirement:
- Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Information Technology or equivalent
- At least two years’ experience in end user support
- Good communication skills including spoken and written English and Chinese
- Knowledge in Operating System (such as Linux / Windows Server), Database (MySQL) network
- Able to work independently and maintain a customer services
