IT Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and proactive IT Officer with hands-on experience administering and supporting the Odoo ERP platform. You will serve as the primary point of contact for Odoo-related issues, user management, and day-to-day technical troubleshooting across both software and basic hardware.

Key Responsibilities: Odoo ERP Administration & Support

• System Administration: Manage user accounts, access permissions, security roles, and onboarding/offboarding within Odoo.
• Helpdesk & Troubleshooting: Act as the first point of contact for daily Odoo issues across modules like CRM, Sales, Inventory, Purchase, and Accounting.
• Testing & Deployment: Test module updates, custom bug fixes, and new features in a staging environment before pushing them live.
• User Training: Conduct training sessions, onboard new hires, and provide refresher courses to internal teams for consistent Odoo adoption.
• Data Integrity: Monitor data accuracy, audit database compliance, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Reporting: Assist management in building custom dashboards, analytics views, and scheduled reports.

General IT Support

• Troubleshoot and maintain employee workstations (laptops/desktops), printers, and office network peripherals.
• Perform routine IT cybersecurity checks and system maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with external vendors or higher-level IT management for complex network or infrastructure issues.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
