IT Officer

About the role

This is an IT support role responsible for providing comprehensive technical support, managing IT infrastructure, and supporting the organization's digitalization initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide IT support for hardware, software, and network issues, and track incidents through to resolution
• Install, configure, monitor, and maintain IT infrastructure, network equipment, and internet connectivity
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, software licenses, email platforms (Microsoft 365/Google Workspace), domains, hosting, and NAS storage
• Maintain websites, internal applications, and databases, including regular backups and basic cybersecurity measures
• Maintain IT asset records and technical documentation, coordinate with vendors, and prepare regular reports on incidents, device performance, and IT projects
• Guide employees on using IT devices and systems, and promote safe digital practices
• Support digitalization projects and introduce technology solutions to improve daily workflows

Requirement

• Diploma (D3) or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in IT support or helpdesk (fresh graduates with relevant skills and a portfolio are welcome to apply)
• Working knowledge of computer hardware, Windows/macOS, basic networking (LAN, DHCP, DNS, and routing), and troubleshooting office devices
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration, cloud storage, network-attached storage (NAS), and basic data security practices, including backups, access permissions, and antivirus protection
• Basic knowledge of domain management, hosting/VPS, website maintenance, or databases is a plus
