IT Officer

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Officer to support the smooth operation of our hotel’s IT systems and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Previous IT experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Good knowledge of hardware, software, networks and IT troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Marriott brand experience is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support to hotel departments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
• Support hotel systems and ensure smooth IT operations.
• Maintain IT equipment, systems and related records.
